Thinking Of Selling Your Home?


If you are ready to sell your home or thinking about it, there is much to consider........

The most important factor is price. For instance....

If you price your home too high with the intent of leaving plenty of room to negotiate......it is possible to price your home OUT OF THE MARKET. Then, when your home has been for sale for 30 days or more and no one is looking at it or making an offer......

You go ahead and drop your price to one that is closer to the actual value. At that point, buyers wonder why your home has been for sale for so long. Is there something wrong with it? They may consider looking at a home that has come into the marketplace more recently than yours.
